I worked on a web app for Optus to help them switch their phone system from BroadCloud to RingCentral. Using my skills in UX design, development, and data analysis, I built an easy-to-use interface for Optus to manage their migrations. I also made a dashboard to allow stakeholders to see insights as well as the progress of the migrations.
